Thanks for posting. I just bought it. At least a 44 and it looks it. Quite a heavy looking lining and the storm cuffs.
Looks like a fit issue, too big. The sides are drawn all the way. Don't see jackets this size in Japan.
Like California Sportswear they made a lot jackets and a lot of good ones. This looks to be early 50s.
It is indeed a Roughwear label.
