I believe 5star makes a quality product. People speak negative about them because of measurement issues.

If you provide them with enough detail and pick the right leather, the outcome can be fantastic!

The fit is amazing. I hope it didn't take you a lot of trial and error to get a fit like that. That leather looks thick and ******-proof!!! Congratulations.

By the way, the pocket on the Trojan is epic.

How are you going about it? I've always placed an order and then put all my specifications and requests in a response to my confirmation email and gotten a response within a day or two.

I just ordered a custom-sized trucker in the whiskey horsehide that @KBlake has. Shawn confirmed the leather is 1.2 mm thick. I'm pretty sure I did accurate measurements of my body and custom-sized Lewis Corsair. Wish me luck.

Look how high they did the collar! Who knows how it will look, but I'll be the only guy on the planet with that collar, and it may just work, will see? You really have to specify of course but who knows what can happen? Perhaps that's the fun of the process?

Gotta tell you, this is a damn fun process. Being barrel-chested and oddly shaped, this may be the first jacket that fits me...could the journey be awesome? For sure.
