Vintage Strat, 2 3/8" brim, 4" crown as creased with room to expand. Size 7-1/2. Super specimen. Comes with round Stetson box in fair condition.

Reasonably priced at $250, shipped. Could go higher at ebay if it makes it there. Will consider trades for vintage 7-5/8 Stratoliner or the right vintage Strat Clone. Prefer colors outside the brown tones.

OH my. I sure wish I could afford to snag that one. I can say I just sold one of Daniel's nicer hats actually his number one vintage hat, Stratoliner as we had things to pay for but it is a given you do not find a clean sharp Stratoliner like these every day. I almost think in a month from now, you will be sitting thinking some private thoughts wishing you still retained that fine lovely hat. Who ever does buy this is going to have something very special.

Yep, it's a nice one. Thanks for noticing that. Doubt I'll regret it though. I've had eight months of unemployment after a nice run in Medical Research. Funding cuts. I'm 55 yrs old. They talk about people like me losing their car, savings, and home. Already sold one of my two cars. Hat collection and photog gear is next. I'm not playing my violin, just my reply.

That is so understandable. My Husband has been recovering from serious medical issues himself. He was absolutely lucky that his circle of friends had been able to talk some specialists into performing a cardiac procedure and come to my rescue along the way as well. Our income went from "flying high" to a slow crawl so fast. But that is only what comes along in life for us to pray and come closer to family and true friends. I could write a hundred pages of how much help everyone has given and how much we love and thank everyone. Well, it also has some interaction with all the fantastic people right here.

I sure wish you all the best on what you may have to face along your path. If there is anything at all I could ever do, not that I have a bundle to toss into financial help, but I sure can point anyone into finding what help is out there, please give a PM. You have some back up support right here among your "fellow loungers".
