Gentleman "beauty" case vs. Ladies train case?

hi all,

I'm looking to buy one of those numerous train cases sold on ebay to store toothbrush, shaving equipments, and manicure/basic medicine on my travel. The cases I have browsed do not look to be gender specific. What should I be looking for in a "manly" case? Were any of these ever designed for men? Perhaps a brand and model to lead me in the right direction? Thank you for your time.

"I think the general term is "Dressing case" which is like an attaché case but about twice the size, whilst the small, usually "Oval shaped" ladies case is termed "Vanity Case"
