Getting a new liner and repairs done to a vintage leather jacket...where ??

Hi all,

I have my eye on an old German short leather jacket with Ruhr chest zips, it has a great patina and classic styling....but..

It has had a terrible bright yellow liner installed at some time and needs some seams re-sewing...

Would it destroy my bank account to get this done professionally ? A full new complete liner and redoing of a lot of the seams.

Do Aeroleather/Eastman do this sevice ? I'm in the U.K.
