Tie Size

This reminds me of when I was in High School. The rules said all male teachers had to wear neck ties. So twice a year, to protest, one of my teachers would wear a tie that went down to his knees, and a bow tie that was wider then his shoulders, he was an ex football player, so you can picture how big these ties were. The rules did not say any thing about size!
