I asked them for a vintage cut option, but they said no. Too bad. I also had to cancel an order for a belt, because they ran so far behind in delivery. I just gave up after they missed the second deadline.

I think they've set down a pretty tight template for themselves to make the project work, so I'm not surprised they're restricting the number of designs for the time being.

I emailed to change an order, and heard from them a few days later, with the order change info.

I think they're just super-busy, but I've had good responses from them with a bit of delay

I emailed to change my order and got a reply the end of the day. Had a bit of a chat with him, asked about sizing as they really do recommend going down a size from your usual one - got out the tape measure on my Nudies, turns out they're true to size - so did as they suggested. The guy seem stoked by the reaction they've had so far. Hope they can keep up with demand.

I placed a first order on the Indigo\indigo jeans, but when it was filled the charge failed because my son had "kinda overspent" on my plastic. So I sent them an email asking what the status was and what my options were but received no reply. Figuring I had lost out on that one, I ordered that was filled with no problem. Then yesterday I saw that I was also charged for the original pair as well. I've sent three emails now but still haven't heard anything.

Im not clear on what you mean here. Didi you put a new order in another fabric, and that one filled and they charged you?

From what I understand they try to help folks who get the wrong fit, but they can't do a straight exchange, because they are essentially made to order. I was fortunate. I measured my well-fitting jeans, and compared to the measurements on their fit guid, and got an excellent fit. If you have a problem though email them, they will definitely try to make it right.

I know the feeling well. That's how I felt waiting for mine to come. I really think that those who take the time to measure prior to ordering are much less likely to wind up disappointed. I know the fit worked out just right for me.

Mine were about 2 months, but I ordered them when they opened on April 1. Hopefully their turnaround is getting quicker as they settle in. I think they want to shoot for 6 weeks.
