AHHH Thank you all so much for your input.
I took EVERYBODY's advice and brought ALL my hats and switched on and off during the day. A few I wore a bit then loaned out to either students or faculty. It was nice to see women wearing some of my hats!
It was a great day and I saw quite a few nice hats mixed in with lots of silly ones. Many kids came to show me THEIR fedoras as they have seen me in mine.
Edit- I forgot to mention we raised over $1100 for cancer research!
1OldGI - I teach at a huge middle school in eastern Hillsborough County. In Lithia.
