I'm a long-time fan of Jimmy Johnson's comic strip "Arlo and Janis" so I was delighted (even if Arlo apparently isn't) that Arlo received a late Christmas gift in the form of a fedora.

Santa in a fedora?

Saw this today through part of my proofreading links and in caught my eye.

Santa Claus: Private Eye

I'd have thought that Santa would be more of a wide-brim hat wearer.

Planning to check out the series just to see what it's like. Who knows? I might be able to get some proofreading work out of it.

I was always a fan of this guy in the funny papers.

The Phantom always dressed pretty classic film noir in a fedora and trenchcoat when he wasn't whipping @ss and taking names.
I searched for minutes online to find a pic of him incognito, but his secret identity must be a pretty well kept one.
