Hello good people

I need some help. I have a wool felt fedora that was my first hat but it's suffering from a floppy misshapen brim. Has anyone any tips on how to get stiffness back into it?

Many thanks

An application of a dilute shellac mixture. Shellac flakes (Clear or Super blonde) dissolved in denatured alcohol (also called Shellac Reducer). About a tablespoon to a cup of alcohol, brush it on, let it dry overnight. The Zinzer brand of premixed or spray shellac usually has wax in it.....stay away from that.

I used the Kahl hat stiffener. A little goes a long way. It was also on a fur felt not wool.
