How do I contact a seller on classifieds?

I tried to send a message to "Carter" who has (or had) a Stetson size 8 for sale in the classifieds. But the system won't let me send him a message. How do I do this? I am a registered member. Thanks for an answer, I'm sure I'm missing something simple.
