I almost came home with that black alessandria today. If the price was a little less, the hat would be sitting next to me right now. I was checking out the Borsalino hats today in a very nice shop on 5th Ave in NYC . It would be my first Borsalino. Man, I really did like that hat. And it liked me as well, such a nice fit, and such nice quality. The price is 350.00. I am thinking about it.

Talking of almost coming home with a Bors, I recently almost bought an early 1900s Borsalino tophat still in the box and unworn. The guy wanted EUR 200 ($260) for it but I just don't have that kind of money at the moment.

Thanks for the info on Bencraft. I happen to like the 2.5 brim and the price is great.
