I made bread (And it dosen't suck)

So yeah i didn't go into work today. I am fighting off a cold and figured i would spare my office from another round of the common cold. However I decided (I was bored) to try my hand at baking again.

A little history lesson. I suck at baking. I can cook, and roast and do all manner of dishes. but when it comes to baking breads, cookies, muffins, you name it.... I suck. If it didn't come out of a box, i
m almost guaranteed to fail.

So today i tired my hand at a basic white bread recipe. And I'll be damned, it didn't suck!

Did you use a machine or did you just pop it in the oven?

I've made bread a few times but mine seems to come out a bit heavier than I would like it to.

I've been told to use bread flour.

Well i used my Kitchen Aid to mix.... but if you mean a bread maker, no i didn't i did it from scratch in the mixed then rolled the loves and put them in the oven....

Total yay for you!

I love baking. Have a pound cake recipe that has been in the fam for over 80 years. MMmmmmm good.

I'm sanitary but even stll 30 min at 400o..... i don't think any made it out alive
