Unfortunately the light was dim this morning due to overcast rainy skies, and my camera wasn't able to get enough light to be able to focus. I'll try again another time.

Looks like real nice leather, but i can't help but think that you would fit a smaller size much better.
I know it's a pretty boxy jacket design, but even the shoulders and arms look big...

Great fit on the Vanson though.

I've tried several (used) Aero Highwayman jackets in sizes ranging from 38-44. A 38 is super tight and I can hardly move my arms, and a 42 affords me enough room to layer under it. Of them all, the 40 seems to be the most comfortable, best fit for me, if I'm not wearing a thick sweater. This one is a 40.

Leather on the HWM looks good. IMO, the fit is correct - that's how they should hang. Smaller, and you're not getting the fit 'right', you're just wearing a boxy jacket that's too small, and it will always look / feel it. For those wanting a neater fitting HWM, I would suggest the Premier pattern, or the Oreiginal 59er version. The standard one is an Americanised version of the original 50s pattern, whereas the Original 59er is an accurate repop of the original British 50s jacket - still not skintight, but much closer the sort of fit of your other bike jacket.

I don't have any problems with the fit of the Highwayman. I think it's about perfect. This does feel like a trim fit. It's not skin tight, nor is it meant to be. But it's not loose enough on me that I can fit a sweater under it. It's perfect for cool weather like we have right now.
