Indentifying a Tunic

Hello, I eyed a post elsewhere; a gentleman has purchased this tunic and wants to know more about it. I'm not familiar with the insignia and I'm looking for it. But I thought maybe asking the experts would be faster. Could you tell me where and when it's from, please?

Some kind of grenadier uniform. Could be Winnipeg Grenadiers, except they saw service in Hong Kong, which means the tunic is post-war. But that's just a guess.

Looks like post-war Italian, or Swiss to me.

it´s a modern (around 1995) field jacket from the swiss army which is called "Ausgangstenue", especially for parade oder gala.
