Its been a Good Day!

I was at work and checked the tracking number on my Mamabear shaving soap that I ordered and saw that it had been delivered. Being excited I swung by the house to pick it up. When I pulled up I saw a white box on the porch, My Akubra Stylemaster had arrived! I absolutely love this hat. It took 12 days to reach me from the day I ordered it and it was a special order size 62 Moonstone!!! Hatsdirect will definatley get my business again. Now its time to order a Fed.

I've always had great service and lots of communication from Hats Direct and think they are fine folks. I'd prefer to give them my business whenever possible.

On the negative side, and a pretty mild quibble, they might consider packing the Akubra hatbox inside another box, rather than just slapping a couple of pieces of tape on the former and shipping it overseas! But I also know that if anything went wrong, they'd make it right.
