Very excited to start the fitting process. My name is Anne, I am 68 years young with long arms and a 36 chest. I just discovered Aero custom jackets. Normally I buy women's medium clothing to get an extra inch of sleeves even though my body is small (5'7 130 pounds) and the sleeves are still an inch or so short. Been riding motorcycles for almost 50 years. Following in my grandfather's footsteps. I've gone through many Harley Davidson bikes. Sportster,Low rider ,Dyna convertible, rocker, fat boy, road king, heritage soft tail classic. Also Yamaha R6 and a Honda nighthawk. Current ride is the Indian bobber 20. Looking to also get a hooch hauler for riding. Starting with fit jacket pictures:

Sorry I'm not loading the pictures very well. Test jacket has 22.5" sleeve. I need 25.5 or 26 like this indian textile jacket. However i don't need the large sweep or bottom opening for my 36 hips/32 beltline.

It feels like I need one inch more in the shoulder and one less in the chest. Same belt width and at least one inch longer for sitting on the bike.

Add the sleeve length of the Indian to the Aero and it looks good, I would say. I'm blessed with long arms myself and have always had the sleeves lengthened (28" total sleeve length)

I agree with MrProper - apart from the sleeves which are a tad short, I reckon that Aero looks great! I really like the length of the body for this style of jacket, though I get why you'd want to lengthen it for the purposes of motorcycle riding.

I would add an inch on each side of the shoulders and 2" on each sleeve. And I understand you might want some extra back length while riding.

a few more with a puffy vest. Body feels right. Just need a bit more shoulder and sleeves. Maybe 1 inch longer.

Hi, Eagledog. Welcome.

The length of the jacket is very good for the trucker style but the sleeves are too short and as Mandarin said, you can safely add at least 2 more inches to 'em. There is something odd happening with the shoulder width but I'm not sure what, though yeah, I too believe adding some width might help.

I wouldn't add much body length because the jacket will just bunch up when you sit on your bike.

This jacket has 18" shoulder. Something weird with the test jacket is 16" black is 17". Maybe 17 is a good happy medium.
I agree lengthening the jacket would pop my head off while riding. And may do wonky things with the helmet.

This jacket fits you very well in the shoulders. Actually, the entire upper part couldn't look much better but it's too long, resulting in that bunching at the back. But it's not bad at all, just not perfect. :) Sleeves are fine on it.

This 18" shoulder with 25.5 sleeves and quilted body is better for riding. However the body is a bit spacious....
And the leather gives off a whole bunch of toxic aroma.

One more question. Thinking of having tis made in cognac pinnacle HH. Green cotton lining and OD thread. Should I get snaps for a clean look or the trucker buttons?

3 more pictures to pin down jacket length. Should I add 1/2"?
