Has anyone heard anything about Mark ? I ordered an Aero jacket and was given a Sept. delivery date and still haven't received it. Sent him an email and asked for an update, but got no response. I've ordered several jackets in the past with no problems, this seems a little strange.

This is between you and him, but I emailed Mark last week, and got a reply in under 30 minutes. Im not a huge buyer - I got three Aero's from him, but I'm exceedingly polite and cognizant of his time. I'm the same with Amanda at Aero Scotland. Not like some of the guys here with 10+ purchases, but a good customer. I just really bend over backwards not to be annoying, condescending, or demanding. NOT saying you are, just what works for me. Also, it's holiday season, and maybe he's out. Usually when he is, he ha an "out of office" reply on his emails.
Good luck - keep trying, and just be understanding that they do a lot of business, and each customer adds lots of emails to their day. My total for one jacket is ridiculous, but cautiously utilized when needed.
