You can find clothing racks and hat racks, tie racks....use GOOGLE. Many suppliers. Here is an example of a stationary hat rack for $129.

And, seeing your collection of boxes on the left...reminds me of my bedroom.
I've just bought ("won", as they say) four Samsonite and American Tourister "train luggage hat boxes" on US eBay in an all-out effort to get rid of the ugliest cardboard boxes, and to keep out any ravenous moths...
