Newbie with a question

Hello all,
I've been browsing and searching the forums for a while here for info on Bogart style fedoras and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences and/or reccomendations with either of these:

I know they're not the 'best of the best', but I'm currently in college so I try to keep expenses low. This will not be my first fedora purhcase, I currently have a brown Akubra Federation that I bought about 4 years ago.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I myself have the Jaxon Iconoclast that I purchased from that very shop and I like it a lot. It was on sale for about $40 when I bought it, and I originally got it mainly for rain protection. It holds up remarkably well. Now that the weather's been chillier, I've made it my "everyday" hat.

Don't know about the Bogarts, though. They do look nice.

I'm so sorry that I know nothing about mens hats, but I saw that you were new here and I just wanted to extend a welcome, from one Gatsby fan to another!
I do hope you find the information you are looking for, and I'm sure in that hunt for specific information, you'll end up learning a ton of other stuff. So, have fun and welcome to The Lounge. Sorry I really don't know anything about mens hats!

Thanks for the welcome and don't feel bad, I don't know too much about the hats I wear either.

I'm kinda leaning toward the Jaxon Bogart, it just has that look and grey color that I've been wanting in a fedora for a while now... but I know how pictures can look different than the real deal.
