Great thread guys. Thanks to Flute for telling me about it. I am new on here and new to the hat hunting and collecting hobby. I have lived in central Ohio my whole 46 years and I will be on the lookout for Ohio hats. I have so much to learn about the hobby and I think I am in the right place for doing just that.

While I don't have any Ohio hats, it's always special to find hats that originated in the state you live in. My first straw, and one of my first fur felt fedoras were possibly sold just down the street from my house in a department store that has since closed down. It definitely gives your hat a sense of history.
