I just saw that photo of Stefan’s attic on WHAYWT. I’d be afraid to send him after something - we might never see him again!

At this point my return is uncertain but I can be pretty sure I find something I didn't know I had!

Yeah, I can’t even walk down to the corner to check my mail without a hat on. It feels weird. Who knows what the future holds, but I reckon I’m a lifer.

Right? Whenever I fire up the grill, I have to decide what hat to wear to walk out to the garage to get my barbecue hat!

I keep telling myself I'm done and then another one pops up. There's gotta be an end somewhere....

I’m the same. I thought announcing it publicly would help. “My last hat for a while” or “Now I’m completely out of space” or something. But nope, I just keep acquiring more.

At least at this point my interests are almost entirely pre-1950s hats, so that does help.

Or start-up bespoke, like King’s Umbrella!

Outstanding bowlers, Randy! But my newfound penchant for Homburgs is starting to materialize into something bigger than I can handle. That 1/8 Wolfbrae is not safe!

Bowlers are like the next step after homburgs. I’m not developed enough for that level of cultivation! (I do like that brown one very much - I’m not a big fan of black).

The Optimo by Levi's for 1984's Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles

Very thin and light. Nine to the inch weave, diamond pattern. Probably Shantung or similar paper.

2" brim 4" Crown 1/2" ribbon

Tip Logo. Check out that tight weave. But I don't think it's any kind of straw. Or hand-made.

Factory Label say anything to you guys about the manufacturer?

1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games Logo, Stars over Rings, on leather sweat.

Came in a great box.

No head shot until the weather is right.
