I present 2 from Pilgrim Fine Men's hats, the manufacturer for Sears Roebuck back in the day.

Huge fan of Sears hats. It probably has something to do with nostalgia and some sadness (with their missed opportunity to be an Amazon competitor).

Pilgrim was the “house” brand for their clothing line for many years.

The hats were made by others (with Byer-Rolnick and Lee being ones of note).

This is from a Sears Pilgrim western I have.

@BobHufford thank you for the information and the correction. They are both nice hats, with the black one needing some TLC on arrival. Do you know if there is a way to determine exactly which company made the hats? The only labeling I found is shown in the photo. That came from the grey one.

Picked this one up several weeks ago and it's been on the stretcher ever since. Bought it as a homburg, but turned out to be a lords hat.
Brummel's lords hat in black. Qualité de Luxe Castor (so beaver) in a size 55 (which I did know before I bought it). Brim at 6cm and the crown 10,5cm at the center dent.

Got a new Goodwill gem yesterday. (IN A BOX... NOT AN ENVELOPE) This one was a bit dirty but overall in nice condition. A Royal Stetson dark brown 2" brim. 2" wide ribbon and 3/8" wide brim binding. Felt brushed out nicely, but the little bow in the back was grungy and fell off, the feather was toast, and the liner is a bit crusty. Woolite should take care of the liner, and I stuck a different feather in. I dont have a lot of short brim hats, but they're fun occasionally.

Wowser! 2 Goodwill auction hats in a row actually came in a box! This one had the bottom of the factory Stetson box but the top was missing. So.... they used a bunch of big bubble wrap to pad the hat inside and then shrink-wrapped the box. Then they used a bunch more big bubble wrap to pad the top bottom and all 4 sides in a big ol outer box. Pretty good packing job for a $25 hat! even shipped fed ex so it didnt take three weeks to get here.

Being a good Marine and Boy Scout Ive always had a fondness for Campaign hats. I have one from my days at Texas A&M Corps of Cadets (Dark green), one from Marine days in dark Olive brown/ green that doesnt fit very well ( too much hair now I guess), Both the others are Strattons. Now I have a Stetson!.

Same Olive brown/ green as my USMC cover. It was advertised as a Stetson Campaign hat but nothing about being a BSA hat. Big bonus as it turned out to be OBS (Official Boy Scout). Now Ive got all three stages of my Campaign hat history covered. Somewhere in one of the boxes I cleared out of my Dads house, I actually have a late 1930s Boy Scout Campaign Hat badge of his that is destined to ride up front... Perfect!!!! This one even has the leather chin strap. Nice clean hat with all the tags with gold embossed Boy Scout emblem on the sweat. Much softer felt than my Strattons...... and it fits! Looks a bit nekkid with just the chinstrap, but Ive got some nice matching 3/4" grosgrain ribbon, so Im thinkng a ribbon and Campaign Bow would dress it up a bit

Still owe you the pictures of the hats that came in recently. So in no particular order here they are.

Borsalino fedora in a light brown colour which somehow got labelled as "palladio" by Borsalino (which is a metallic grey). Size 57 with the raw edge brim at 5,5cm and the crown at 10cm at the center dent. Nice thin felt and it only weighs 90 grams. Qualitá superlativa. Can't make out on the label what the ribbon colour is supposed to be.

Borsalino fedora in a brown colour called "China" (no tariff added). Size 57 with the raw edge brim at 5cm and the crown at 10cm at the center dent. Very comfortable hat but alas the sweatband is coming awy from the reed and the liner has lost most of its cellophane covering. Very nice shark gill bow on this one. Weighs 103 grams.

Sools fedora in brown. No fancy names, just called "marron". This hat is made by Fléchet for Sools, but thier name is nowhere to be found on the hat. The size label and the label under the sweatband are identical to Fléchet's. A later hat by Fléchet, likely late sixties or early seventies. Felt is quite sturdy. We'll take a deeper dive into Sools itself in the French hats thread. Size 56 with the raw edge brim at 5,5cm an the crown at 10cm at the center dent. Nice slick bow treatment.

Getting there.

Brummel's Frivol 65gramm qualité de luxe fedora in black. Size 57 with the bound brim at 6,5cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. Nice lightweight unlined hat with a great hand to the felt. The light weight and the thin ribbon made me go for this one. Is it 65 grams though? Afraid not: it clocks in at 81 grams in total, so the 65 grams probably refers to just the felt.

Hückel velour fedora in grey, made especially for Sools, Paris. I'm guessing it's an early one, judging by the Sools imprint on the liner, which is a style we've not seen before. I'll do a separate piece on Sools in the French hats thread.
As can be expected from Hückel the felt is in a category of its own, but man, this hat was dirty when it arrived!
Size 57 or 58, depending on which label you want to believe. Raw edge brim at 5,5cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. It has some little battlescars, but it has survived what likely is about the last hundred years very well.
Probably Steve @mayserwegener can give some more information about the label (I don't know if the "a etui" was a quality designation or not).

Some great finds, Stefan. The Hückel being the icing on the cake! Nice clean up job btw.

Etui means case, usually a small one, but perhaps in this instance it means the Hückel came with a case. Peut-être.
