With winter fast approaching I’m about ready to start streaming the 3 seasons again. I’ll keep an eye on hats of the extras.

That is a great find, Steve. Gorgeous hat.Mayser "Grand Prix" "R", 58 cm, 154 grams, possibly late 1920s early 1930s. Made by Mayser Ulm for the Swiss market "Chapellerie Krämer Basel". Mayser Ulm Stiff Felts are difficult to find and this one is in excellent condition. I have five Mayser Ulm Stiff Felts and they all have the same width Bands and similar length Bows.

Stefan, Thank you! I was lucky to find it.That is a great find, Steve. Gorgeous hat.
Spectacular find, Stefan; truly exquisite in every way.A recent find and a very pleasing one.
Tirard Supra homburg in a dark brown colour called Cacao. Size 56 with the bound brim at 6cm and the crown at 11cm at the center dent. Lovely hand to the felt and judging by the liner it seems to be an older one. Not that you can find newer Tirard hats: they closed down in 1956 as one of the first of many.
Sold by Chapelier Au Grand Carnot in Paris. Could not find anything on them.

A truly super find, Stefan. Congrats.
Especially for this price :-DThanks, Steve. I'm developing a soft spot for these Tirard hats.

Correct, i have 2 of them. A light grey and a dark grey. Decent hats!I will also post in Swiss hatters, but this came in over the weekend and I thought to share here, as well. A Swiss-made Botta hat. Not a common one hereabouts, but @Pellie does have one in gray that I see turn up every once and awhile. Very nice felt and Italian influence. No inside markings to help determine age, but since the factory closed in 1998, I'll assume it's over 27 years old.

Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style.
You know you can't bite that here anymore! Finally bit the ****** and picked up a Silverbelly Open Road 6X. Really happy with it so far.
Just a heads up for anyone who’s been thinking about getting one. I was told prices are going up next week. The fur Stetson sources from Canada (rabbit and beaver) is getting hit with new tariffs, and that cost is rolling into the retail pricing. Not trying to stir anything up, just passing along what the shop owner and his Stetson rep told me View attachment 749219 .
Johann Gärner, Gärner Hüte, "9535U", Back Bow, Under Welt, 57 cm possibly early 1960s. This Form was popular Germany and Austria in the late 1950s into the 1960s. I believe this hat was made by Johann Gärner Hüte Wien although they also sourced hats...

Classic and for good reason!Borsalino homburg Gulaela, color Amiata. Very fine hat, but this one runs 1 size smaller, so not for my head. It's more like size 57.

Very cool find. Steam is cheap so an easy fix.Bantam Cappellificio Cervo Welterweight homburg, color Minerva.
Very nice homburg, but came in and needed a lot of steam. I paid €7 for it, so i took the gamble.
After 1 loving steam- and brushsession it turned out to be a very nice hat.
