Oh, hey ValEag...got a pic you can post of that Burnt Oak Fedora bashed? Also, does the carpet match the drapes (ribbon and hat...or is that ribbon black)?

Carpet does match the drapes. The ribbon is a darker brown. I haven't played with the bash much yet, still has the center dent I first used, considering a c crown for this one. These aren't the best pics, but all I have right now, cropped out of larger pics.

Thanks for posting the lid pics. "Burnt Oak" Fedora color looks like "Dark Brown" Fed IV D color to me (???). But I like it whatever the name may be.
So far as the center dent...I prefer that but can't do it on the Sydney. My noggin is too tall, so I go with the telescope.

As far as the trolleys you cut; was it that they were obvious or that you don't think you'd use 'em? Both? Any scars from the operation?

Too true Goose as my Traveller showed up yesterday and that has to go back today It's a really nice hat until it goes on my head - it's just not for me. Still, with a credit the Fed IV Deluxe is now only $50
