you got that straight, nowadays my collection of BB ties is in storage, I occasionally dip into them, but I don't give a second thought to wearing bold look any day for any occasion. It is la norme.

I was "pushing the envelope" with yesterday's tie, but no one seemed to mind.

Killer!! I really dig those old photo ties. They have an appealing quirkiness.

And as far as pushing the envelope, I don't know what you do for a living, but down here (where, admittedly, it is usually pretty warm) khakis and a golf shirt are apparently o.k. for business attire, so a tie of any kind would be an anomaly.
