Stetson customer service re: color

Have a Gun Club Chevron that is about 9 months old, and the color around the edge of the brim is going away. I've only worn it maybe 10 times, it sits in a hat caddy otherwise and it has yet to brave the elements. Sent an email using the Stetson customer service function on their website a few days ago and have heard nothing. Is this typical? Do I now have a new rain hat, or will it turn my neck and shoulders brown if it gets wet?

Duh, I missed that one. I even did a search for Stetson customer service before I started posting. I'll try the email listed in your post now.

I like the band in the hat, and actually noticed the other day just how comfortable it is. It is a very occasional hat, though, so I may end up in the same situation your found yourself.
