The problem is the shoulders on this one - no amount of alterations or exercising can easily remedy that.

Vintage ginger-colored herringbone tweed is highly prized. "Harris" tweed even more so. We'll see what this one fetches.

The jacket is okay, if the sleeves can be let out an inch or two. But the trousers won't work at all. That's a bummer!
