As a rule I wouldn't be so bold as to criticize someone's face or figure but since you asked.... give the beard a chance if you like, but definitely keep the mustache.

Full beards or van ****s can be flattering, and a few guys can pull off a "stache" very well. But you got to have the right face for it. In my opinion mustaches worn alone in modern times, more often than not, make a guy look like either a cop, a fast-food manager, or a time-warped 70s/80's male appreciationstar.

I'm sorry Matt, but I neither look like a cop a fast food manager or a appreciationstar with just my moustache. And I see plenty of gentlemen sporting just the moustache that look quite well with them, and they have no need of a beard to compliment it. I suppose that they and I must have the right face for the hirsute appendage in modern times.

But on that note, it is getting close to that time to start winterizing my face. Anyone else here start the process of winterizing yet?

starting over this week. Went and got a haircut yesterday, and the lady shaved my sideburns with a 0, well looked funny if you know what i mean. Not shaving for a long while, my wife is going to be the red head in brave the animated movie, i'm going as a pict to the halloween party, so wife is game on the beard. So if any guys need a way to convince the wife, say its part of your halloween costume haha.

i've decided to keep it and grow it even longer. I'll post in a few weeks. This is 2 weeks in.

2 in a half weeks, cant wait to see how long it is by christmas. I'll post a new photo in 2 weeks. forgive the beanie but its been cold tonight.
