The Purse Museum

I just found this website today. It has lots of pictures of vintage purses from different eras, and I thought you ladies would like it as much as I do.

This Museum is kept up by María Teresa Rostoll Sellés and José María Amat Amer, a couple of bag collectors who wanted to show off their most significant items.

It's in Spanish, though you don't have to read, only drool all over the keyboard! You can change the language, but Google Translator is pretty bad at its job.

Oh thank you for this! I know where I will spend my lunch hour now!

The first word I learned in English when I came from Cuba in 1965 as a 5 year old was "pocketbook" because my uncle gave me an little red leather purse (oh how I wish I still had it!).

I still love "pocketbooks" more than anything!
