The Talisman Hat

I could totally see myself in a hat like this while out and about with my Springer, likely a "wildlife management area" which is as close to boondocks that you'll ever find in Iowa. I call these "talisman hats". I've been seeing them around, fir felts, wool felts, straws.

I've been thinking about how to resurrect a well worn and shrunken Campdraft. Hmmm

Not sure I would ever wear one.
And not to everyones taste but I like the looks of these type fedoras.
I have always liked pins ect. on my hats and this is just to the extreme of those.
