Carrie knows how to expertly recommend a good jacket fit. I wouldn't do it any other way than going through Thurston Bros. She sent me a size XL ( normally I wear a US size 40-42 ). I ordered a custom sleeve and body length. Carrie's advice was right on.

I have been really interested in these jackets, but being a 46L it seems like the XXL is not going to scale well.
