Ribbon is almost identical to the topper i posted before this one, nothing wrong with it. It fits, but it'll sit on display with my other 1880s topper abd 1880s green derby

Great toppers, the grey one reminds me of the little low crown derby I picked up recently.

Reposting one of my favorite toppers I have in my collection. mid to late 1800's topper in a golden brown.

Has a corrugated sweatband, and was cut away to show off this feature. Very neat

Agreed. haha. Just wanted to handle something older than the usual pieces in my collection. thankfully, the grey one is too small, and the black one will probably just see the limits of my yard, haha

Solid indeed. Almost feels like a derby in the stiff category. with just a slight amount of give, but I'm sure steam wiuld make it a little more rigid

I do plan on wearing it to my Grandaughter Willow’s NO.1 (not stetson) birthday in July. Got the Palm Beach jacket. White tie will have to be with a black tshirt.

Spectacular! I see a lot of these opera hats on sale, but almost always damaged in some way. This one looks superb.
