Novella hits the nail on the head with Mr. Powell. Actually, I think he's one of the more conventionally attractive guys that I like. I mean, I REALLY find Allen Jenkins (previous page) kinda sexy.

But back to Dick...I didn't find him attractive at first, but after seeing him over and over and over in all these CHARMING roles, he had me. He's now my very favourite, knocking out my former love William Haines from the top spot (and yes, I do know all about him!! )

My wife thinks Dick Powell looks like Dana Carvey (or the other way around[huh] ). She also forgets his name and consequently calls him Dana Carvey. I swooned when I saw Catherine Zeta-Jones in the Phantom. Diana Rigg was an early crush. Myrna Loy (sigh). And Donna Dixon (who I met).
