Vintage Borsalino -7 1/8 $225.

Vintage 1940-50s Thin Ribbon in the rare color of "Avorio" or ash grey. Size is 22 1/4-1/2". Marked 7 1/8. Brim is 2 3/4.
With Ribbon edge matching the 3/8 crown ribbon. This is one of my favorite style of Borsalino hats. Great lines and nice wt.
Slight stain marks on edge of brim edge ribbon, nothing serious. Leather and liner are fine. The felt is excellent.
Overall i would say this hat is in very good vintage condition for its age. Totally wearable as is.

I hope some one makes me an offer on this one or Ill be tempted to turn it into a 3/8.
I have the same hat 70s vintage and theres no comparison to this one.

Right,it took me a very long time to find this hat in this color, and I just couldn't let it go . Fortunately it resized fine. The quality of these older Borsos are the best.
