We were predicted to get 9-12" of snow last night and this morning but ended up with on 1 1/2 " which is now happily melting.

@ton312 @Tom71 ok I’ll stop side tracking this thread after this. Just wanted to show you all how crazy it gets here. There’s a ton of photos you can find. But here’s a few good ones. The top 2 are the aforementioned 2014 Storm. Bottom 2 are the aforementioned 2001 Storm.

Amazing photos. You don't see that in Australia! Even up in the high country (the aptly-named Snowy Mountains), in the peak season between June and October, blizzard conditions have seen 18 and a half inches of snow fall in 24 hours. It's more likely that, at its heaviest in August, you'll get 20 inches of snow there over a whole a week. Seven feet of snow is incomprehensible! lol

if you still planning to have the sleeve redone, don't do too much to age the leather, it may look duo tone with a new sleeve, unless it is what you want.
