A straight zip Cal is a must in every TFL closet. I got mine and love it. It is less "in your face" than a Cal cross zip, more wearable. Although cross zip Cals are awesome, too.

I looked actively for 3 years until I found one in my size, in good condition, for a reasonable price, and located in Europe. That last part was the hardest prerequisite, but I hate paying import tax.

I'm planning to visit them all lol. Not sure my girlfriend agrees. We visited berberjin today but it was a very small store, not much inventory? Looked like a popup store. Maybe there's a main store I missed.

Just delivered Cushman d pocket vest. Story of my life, it’s a little long on the back but otherwise happy with the fit. Works better buttoned up than I expected but does some bunching in the back when it’s all done up. The hide is quite light, thinking this will be a good summer companion.
