the other ear looks a bit funny

 

Wearing a 1998 Avirex A-2. As you can tell from the patch receivers, this one was Air Force gear...as opposed to the “mall jackets” Avirex sold in the 1990s. You either like these second generation A-2s, or you hate them. Personally, I’ve always been kinda fond of them. Yes, they’ve got large collars and a puzzling cut, but they were never an attempt to capture a bygone ideal. They’re the real thing.

Thanks! I went with the size 40. I have a 39.5 chest size so I’d say ordering your chest size is the way to go.

Boringly, today I've been wearing my Richa Daytona all day, as I've been riding lots. I won't post another picture since nothing's changed significantly since the last one, and you've all seen plenty recently.

However...

I am thinking about getting an armoured kevlar shirt, so I can wear my incoming raw type II to ride in. See what fades a motorcycle commute can inflict on a selvedge denim jacket.

 

I know it’s a yawn fest but...Another day in the 526PJ. I just love this thing and I can honestly say it’s probably my favorite jacket ever.

 

^ cool but i’d have to invest in all new pants. Black denim and indigo jacket good. Khaki and indigo good. Unless the fade on top or bottom is dramatic I just cant do the tux. I’ve moved on several type 3 for that reason. Now non fade black.......

Yeah the tux is hard to do. I’ve done the full IH tux. I actually dig it but it borders on zoot suit. That’s why I bought the 21oz super black 101j. Oddly pairing that with black jeans doesn’t feel as “tux-y”. I guess then it becomes the Canadian tuxedo, midnight edition.
