I bought another Grais Cabrera “Angel skin” which is a hair sheep aniline hide. Cut 2” off the length. My wife and I bought a sewing machine and these have been my first two attempts and adjusting the hem. Good learner grade leather. It’s thin, light and aniline so stronger than waxy lamb.
I’m happy with how these turned out!

Hey everyone, long time since I’ve been around here but since I recently popped in to make a few sales figured I would check in here.

Here’s an Alpha B-15. I so wish Alpha still made high quality products. These days they are a fashion brand with an occasional high quality limited release, archive sale, or collab but when I saw this a few years ago as a limited seasonal release I had to have it. Photos don’t do it justice…depending on lighting and angle is green, emerald, blue, aqua, forest. It’s so stunning. The nylon is thick and heavy duty, the stitching is near flawless, its semi warm, great fall jacket, the cuffs are a blend but retain their shape amazingly well. This has been worn many times over the years and shape is almost like new so while a blend they do the job….but in typical alpha fashion they skimped out on the zippers and collar. The collar is 100% synthetic, and the zippers are just ok. But just based on how pretty it is I am so happy I bought it for the seasonal release. You don’t see them like this. So this is snowy Buffalo NYs jacket of choice today.

Definitely a game changer. Some of those 70’s jackets had great details but were just too long.

Slippery slope, Ton! I bought a machine to make moto seat covers.. now I have 3 machines for jackets and have yet to make a seat cover with any of them! I bet that angel skin is lovely to sew. Looks good!

Nope. Not a special request. Leilah puts em standard on the Rugged Rider 2.0s. It's a game changer.
They do make a difference. I had an FXRG Harley jacket for serious riding for several years and the 2 way Zip was really nice especially after stopping for a good lunch and getting back on the bike. Not so tight around the mid section... Now for more traditional jackets I wouldn't want it as it sort of takes away from the look in my opinion.

There are been a couple Schott P213's lately... I have the black also, very nice for when you want a biker look with less of the belt/extra pockets/etc of my 618HH. Too cold for a P213? Pfffffffftttttt never... you just need more layers and stubbornness
But seriously a good hoodie helps :D it IS a thin jacket

No chance I could make a jacket but I am tired of paying the tailor for stuff I always think I could do myself!

Will Clurman put one on if you request? I’ve never asked. I know his zipper replacement is first class.
I’ve never asked but my guess is no.
I’ve used great leather before and have been very happy with the results. About a 6 week lead time but its 20f here so it only prevents me from wearing on the couch
