Baby greens and cantalope salad with bacon vinagerette dressing, chicken fingers from publix deli with sriracha hot sauce, and kings Hawaiian rolls.

Bacon and rooster sauce on the same menu! Works for me.

Wife is sick, and she wanted a burger and fries to help her feel better.
Not sure how that works, I would have requested a ribeye.
But I got the little woman what she wants, burger at a local joint that serves a really good one, and fries at McDonalds.
The burger joint doesn't server fries, the serve a variety of veggies.
Yeah, one of those places.

I was going to stop at Wendys for fries.
More for their hot chili seasoning, and less for their fries.
Although McDonalds is too salty.

French onion soup from Costco. Tasted like gravy with onion chunks. Blegh!

Collard greens sauteed in bacon fat with onions and smoked sausage (Conecuh brand, if you're in the gulf coast region you should definately try it), rice, and sweet potato and pecan casserole. Cold St.Pauli girl to wash it all down.

Earlier I cut and deep fried French fries in bacon grease. I also threw in a few leftover potstickers after I was done.

I think it is a combination of having meatier bacon (less fat) and using the bacon grease fairly regularly to make popcorn.

Well, if you served bacon with every meal as well as snacking on it while watching movies, games and such on tv......like some people around here ....you'd have a bathtub full of the stuff.

You have to just keep jarring it up while it is warm and spooning it into what you need.
