Last night, it was beef roast topped with fried mushrooms and onions with potatoes and gravy, and some chopped steamed carrots on the side. Yums!

Tonight, I'm having my favorite treat: BBQ chicken wings. I make 'em a special way: first I bread and fry them, then bake the BBQ sauce right into them. Mm! Mm! Mm! Best wings you'll ever have. Having them with a side of peas and sweet potatoes.

Last night was beef and chicken kabobs.

Bah bah... :eusa_clap With Chelow, Tomatoes and plenty raw onion I hope.

For me it was self-cooked Fesenjan. Also my lunch today... and probably tomorrow. I cook too large portions. :D

Made a new dish tonight I will call Stuffed Potato a la Stanley.

First I fried up a pound of ground beef with a chopped onion and bell pepper. Added a packet of Lipton's onion soup, a spoonful of corn starch and a half cup of water to make a savory gravy.

Served over a steamed Yukon Gold potato cooked in a pressure cooker, with steamed broccoli on the side (not from a pressure cooker).

A hot hearty dinner for a cold day.
