Tonight it's low carb pizza. Actually the crust is homemade low carb, the toppings are just what you'd get at a GOOD pizza place, with my faux Pizza Hut sauce.

actually, this was last night, but tonight I'll dice up what didn't get devoured last night, and press it between two tortillas with some shredded cheese and butter for quesadilla's for the kids.

I had to check out the food appreciation. I am on a clear liquid diet until tomorrow afternoon. Enjoy your food. I made unflavored geletin with broth and drippings from a smoked pork roast. Tastes like meat but i am looking forward to chewing tomorrow.
