Lots of meat (including bacon), fats, but no bread, rice, potatoes, or anything else starchy.
Not bad, and I really don't miss those other items.
Okay carrot cake, I miss that, oh well.

Last night it was 14oz burgers (no bun) with double white cheddar chipotle cheese.
