I hope it gets better DH.
Instead of making a pizza crust, since I'm still sick and basically void of any energy, I came up with a great idea.
I used the low carb wraps, put cheese and pepperoni on them, and made a little thin crust pizza.
Similar to a quesadilla but with pepperoni and Italian spices.
Took 6 minutes (3 each from the nuwave oven to the pan to harden the wrap up to support the toppings).
Turned out very well.

Great, now HD has a team player to double up on advertising awesome meals I haven't had in awhile.
Well we did have ribs a few weeks ago, Corky's.
Good but not great, they are more of a "tourist" spot than anything.
Wife came home and brought roast beef, scalloped potatoes, and green beans.
So I ate again, just the roast.

Pork chops, steaks, burgers, and chicken are not cardboard.You know, of course, that denying yourself and eating cardboard all the time isn’t going to help. You aren’t going to live forever. You’ll just kick the bucket like the rest of us but you’ll have left food on the plate of life.
We just watch carbs.
But I can eat green beans with lots of bacon in it, but not potatoes.
Sweet potatoes because they are lower in carbs, fried if I like, but not anything with breading.
We don't deprive ourselves of much, but we also don't miss sugary items.
And with my wife down 30 pounds, she'll keep this diet going as long as it takes.
