The kid is leaving tomorrow to stay with dad and stepmom for a couple of weeks so she chose the menu. My three meat, meat loaf (beef/pork/veal) with haricot vert and roast garlic smashed potatoes. Don't mind this one myself, just labor intensive. So, I'll have some icy PBR's.

Now that sounds delicious!

Tonight is ham steak, two cheese macaroni bake, and corn. I can't remember if I posted this as a dinner last week or not. At any rate, we ended up not having it.
