@T Jones Thanks again Terry.......... Yea that makes sense...Here is the best spray bottle I have ever used. It's called a dual action sprayer, it sprays on the pull AND on the release. It's very rigid. I use it to apply fly spray to the horses. It stands up excellent to the chemicals in the spray, most don't at least not for very long. For just water it would last forever. It puts out quite a bit but it's very adjustable and can put out a fine mist or a stream and everything in between. They only cost about eight bucks. Just google dual action sprayer. Thanks again for the tips!

Not sure what I'm going to do with this one. This is a fur / wool blend that Anthony gave me. I was able to reblock it and give the crown a cattleman crease. I'm still up in the air over keeping it western or trimming the 3 1/4 brim to 2 3/4 and making something of an OR clone out of it. Being mostly wool it wasn't the easiest hat to work with but I was able to get it to take a crease pretty decent, (probably because of the fur blend). Still a work in progress...

+1 don't they claim that Charlie 1 Horse have some buffalo fur in the mix?
I'm not sure. I looked at their site and didn't see any. Maybe I missed something there. Probably someone with more knowledge on those hats would have more information. They do have some interesting looking straws though.

Back to the drawing board. Had to size my hat up another notch. I had it on a 23' block but after taking it off and going through a dry run of putting it back together it was still too small. So, I had to do it over again, only this time it's sitting on a 7 3/8 straight sided block. Should work this time around. Now my other dilemma. It's on a block that would be perfect for an Open Road style hat. Unlike the other one I did, this one has a wider brim of 2 3/4 which would work out nice. Or, I could go with a thin ribbon Strat'ish style fedora. I still have enough of the 3/8 3 ply ribbon that I used on the other OR clone I did....would appreciate some input.
