Giving one of the Holland Connection hats a spin today for class in PDX. With a couple of light shims, this Mayser Milz with a cool bow treatment should brave the elements. Still need to do some minor maintenance, clean the sweat, refine the center dent. But I just had to wear one of the new arrivals.

Snappy look there, Mike! I like it a lot!

Do you know the approximate age? I'm guessing late sixties.

It has a 60s feel to it. Couple inches of brim and nice finish. The sweat is of very high quality, about 1.5 inches.

Under the category of "If you've got a holiday, I'll celebrate," I wish the world a joyous PURIM, the Jewish Mardi Gras!! (No beads necessary!) It was yesterday.

Wearing "Old English Hatters of Monte Carlo" of an undetermined age (manufacturing techniques remained the same for several decades, so guesses have ranged from the 1930s to the early 1960s). Open crown to start, but I installed a dent and some gentle pinches later. I may even snap down the brim!

And it has a BB!
