    College Football!

I LIVE for this time of year (well that and the wife). I pore over every sports website, newspaper/magazine article, and season preview annuals as if they had the unification theory encoded in them. I'll spend hours/days/weeks comparing team depth charts, roster changes, coaching staffs...

    V for Vendetta?

I actually saw this over the weekend. I read the comic back int the 80's and loved it. Having heard the writer Allen Moore despised the movie version and refused to have his name on the credits I went into the film with some trepidation but was quite pleased with how good it was. That show got canceled!? I need to know what happens!!!

I came upon a Daniel Knaupf interview a month or two back and he gave the basic outline of how season three was going to start (had the nimrods at HBO not canceled the show). The James Stewart Collection

There's some good movies on there. Naked Spur and Spirit were both excellent in my opinion. The rest were very enjoyable also but I agree with a title of Signature Collection I'd expect something more. At least it doesn't have Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation.

    Can I taste that again?

I also was a 'mater hater growing up. The only way I could stand it was tomato sauce and fried green tomatos. As I've aged I now can appreciate the tomato taste in most cooked foods mainly due to my wifes insistence upon using them despite me. I love the smell of tomato soup on the stove top...

    You Scream for Ice Cream?

Graeter's Ice Cream. A Cincy tradition since 1870. Words can't describe the frozen mana they put in a cone. One bite of their Black Raspberry Chip and you'll know God.
