Most panamas are not rollable. A hat that isn't expressly sold as rollable probably isn't.

Every single Montecristi and 90% of Cuencas that I've ever seen are rollable. Do you lose the shape? Yes. Do you lose the brim? Yes. Of course, these hats are in their natural state, and not stiffened. I wouldn't roll a blocked hat and I always suggest an Optimo when customers ask.

OK, then all concrete is rollable in its unfinished state. After that, it will lose its shape.

Rollable would be sorta handy but panama bob scared me away from it.

He scared me away in a good way though, I now know if it's rollable I shouldn't roll it too much.
