I was never the big new year's person. I do remember one NYE party in Santa Monica, around midnight you hear gunshots firing away as if you were in Baghdad during the height of fighting. Here in my little Maine town, a bit more quiet. I used to drive for a local taxi company. My drunk passengers were my new years entertainment!! I work now at a brand new 24hr mini-mart and was hoping to be working new years just for the entertainment of the drunk locals, but alas, it's not to be!!

Soooo....A couple of beers, and bedtime around 11pm.

As for me, I always work New Year's Eve, so it's home at 10pm, a dish of All Bran, feed the cat, read a book for an hour, and lights out. You see one New Year in, you've seen them all.
